Twice a year happening in both Fall & Winter.
Submission Criteria:
Capture your experiences in any medium or format, showcasing the lives you've positively impacted. This could be friends, guests, co-workers, family members, or perhaps strangers on the street. We want to know about a time when you “Made People Feel Taken Care of”
Perhaps you have a story that took place within our 4 walls, Can you recall a time when your actions made others Feel Take Care of? Tell us all about it in your submission.
Who is Eligible: The Rob Sokil Scholarship will be awarded to a student who is currently employed within Red Tractor Hospitality Group, who enrolled in any form full-time or part-time post-secondary studies for the upcoming semester.

Sokil Impact Initiative Grant
Amount: $1500
Frequency: Annually
Application Timeframe:
Once a year in the spring
Submission Criteria: Tell us in any medium or format you choose a little about a project, idea, or adventure that servers a greater purpose. We want to know what impact you are hoping to create and "How It Will Make People Feel Taken Care of."
What makes you so passionate about this endeavour. Tell us what receiving $1500 would do for your venture and what it would mean to you. Be clear on what the money will be used towards, summarize your project and the ‘Why’ behind your belief in its importance.

Who is Eligible: The Impact Initiative Grant will be awarded to a currently employed Team Member within Red Tractor Hospitality Group, pursuing a passion project they are developing on their own accord that is rooted in the foundational purpose of doing something for/in our communities to make people feel taken care of.
